There are two alternatives for registering  and paying for League Play

1. Fill in the Online Registration Form.  Your registration will  be completed once you press the Submit button at the end of the form.   OR
2. ​​​Fill out the print compatible form using Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader.  Save the file to your computer.  Then,  print and mail to John Hammargren OR email your answers to John Hammargren  at [email protected]

For payment, you can:

1. Mail your check made out to BHSML to John Hammargren , BHSML Secretary, 11829 Dunkirk Cir NE,  Blaine MN 55449 ​
2. Pay via Venmo to @John-Hammargren. If asked, confirmation phone # is 0322.
